Stocking 51

Originally the Belle Meade Hosiery Mill dating back to 1925, Stocking 51 is Nashville’s most vibrant development of restaurants, retail, and office space located in the heart of the Nations. The original structure, along with floors, brick, and window frames have remained as the space has been meticulously restored to its original state.

The Expansion at Stocking 51, at 4900 Centennial Boulevard, Will bring an additional 75,000 SF of creative office and retail to the existing 72,000 SF Stocking 51 development located in the heart of The Nations neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. In keeping the authenticity and creativity of the neighborhood, the existing grain silos on site will remain in place as the center piece of the project. The multi-story, three-building, new construction will wrap around the silos with a ground level plaza area. The Centennial Blvd facing plaza will activate the frontage and connect the buildings to abundant adjacent neighborhood amenities.
